    • Message from the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees  

    Tena koutou katoa and welcome to the Napier Girls' High School website.

    Napier Girls' High School is a school proud of its history and traditions, while firmly focused on the future.  We aim to ensure that our girls are prepared to thrive in the 21st century and that their education prepares them for all the challenges their professional and personal lives will bring.

    The Board of Trustees is responsible for our students' educational achievement and we relish that task !  We are determined to ensure that our school is equipped to provide the very best education with a visionary Principal and senior management, dedicated teachers, first class buildings and resources and aspiring students. 

    The Board meets monthly and members of the community are welcome to observe our meetings. We are also committed to engaging regularly with the school community and your feedback is encouraged by writing to us.  Any concerns or problems are best raised first with the staff or Principal.

    We look forward to working with you to make sure our students get the most out of what this fantastic school has to offer.
