Napier Girls’ High School use the following ways of communication.

Please ensure that we have the correct contact details to reach you.  You can check our record of contact details by logging onto the parent portal.

It would be preferable if you signed onto a number of communication channels.

Text Alerts to your cell phone are used in emergency situations.

Emails from our principal, school, deans and teachers.

NGHS School App is used for reporting absences, day to day messages including sport teams, cultural groups and general information.  Instructions for the app are found on our website under 'parents' and 'school app'.

Parent portal is used for approving permission slips, viewing financial information, NZQA information, school reports on your child and more. You can access this via:
